Framework, a coaching method born from 15+ years of lived experience, including single motherhood, burnout, toxic relationships, and environments. As a healing and recovery coach, she helps women recover from abuse, betrayal, and identity loss by breaking toxic cycles and restoring self-worth with compassion and accountability. MiEsha is also a published author and podcast host.
